Property manager relations with Tenants give a face to the Landlord and provide them the necessary buffer servicing their desire to profit and distance themselves from their tenant constituency.

Property Efficiency Analysis

Schedule on-site inspections and report any suggestions to the Owner.

Supervise repairs and/or maintenance work in the common areas.

Hire and supervise on-site staff, superintendent and all contractors, where required.

Establish preventive maintenance procedures for common areas.

Tender and recommend suitable contractors.

Enforce safety precautions.
